Important: "get enough animal fat in your diet" (Health)
Steve, one of the human body's most critical hormones is cholesterol.
Eating foods that contain cholesterol does not cause serum cholesterol to rise, but it's possible that NOT eating foods that contain cholesterol might cause serum cholesterol to decline to dangerously low levels.
It may be natural for cholesterol levels to rise and fall during our lifetimes, but I don't think this ever has been studied because establishment researcher and physicians did so well financially by creating the theory that cholesterol kills, in spite of the fact that the body itself manufactures cholesterol and cannot do without it.
Remember the phrase "follow the money" and all becomes clear.
Be judicious, but follow Dr. Douglass.
