Gimmel Tammuz, the 3rd of Tammuz,in the Hebrew Calendar is July 1st on the Gregorian Calendar. This is Rosh Chodesh July, the first of July or the head of the month of July This is a special day for Lubavitchers around the world and they come to 770 Eastern Parkway to speak with the Lubavitcher Rebbe
