Holistic healing: EDTA,Graviola,D3,Procaine,Trans COQ-10,Trans Resveratrol (Health)

Holistic (natural) healing: EDTA, Graviola, D3, Procaine, Trans COQ-10, Trans Resveratrol, H3, Ultra H3, G3, Gerovital comment. I am not a doctor. I'm just a 'holistic (natural) healing' enthusiast. The following are just holistic type things everyone should look into. Below is my 'opinion' only. BUT, most of these things below have been recommended by a 'special kind of medical doctors (M.D.'s). Those M.D.'s who understand, use, and experiment with holistic (natural) healing. It may be prudent to speak with your own doctor before trying any of the natural cures below. But be advised, MOST MD's know little or nothing about holistic/natural healings. They do not learn this stuff in medical school.

I still think for a healthy body and mind the following are key: 1st - Vitamin D3 - the sunshine vitamin - in daily doses from 2000 - 4000 IU's it just may coach adult stem cells out of your bone marrow and rejuvenate ALL your organs including your heart. Studies are ongoing about that. But regardless, everyone needs more vitamin D3 I think, either by pill or 5-10 minutes in the sunshine a few days each week, when the sun is high overhead, around noon time (without sunscreen on your arms & legs). Vitamin D3 supplements are probably the safest way to get this extraordinary needed vitamin, however - because of skin cancer risks and sun damage to your skin.

Be very careful of the noonday sun even if it's only 60-70 degrees outside! PROTECT YOUR FACE & NECK FROM THE NOONDAY SUN at all costs, with sunscreen and a hat. READ this recent study at the CNN link below about what exposure to the noonday sun can do to your skin.

Sun damaged skin

UVA rays can penetrate deeply into your skin and suppress your immune system. This increases the risk of wrinkling and age spots. UVB rays can burn your skin. Too much exposure to both UVA and UVB rays raises your risk of skin tumors, including a form of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma. The best sunscreen offers protection from all UV light. The times when you receive the most ultra violet UVA and UVB rays are between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

It is an undisputed, scientifically validated fact that vitamin D helps prevent many chronic conditions ranging from heart disease to diabetes, stroke and dementia. Some of the most compelling work has shown that the prohormone can cut the risk associated with certain forms of cancer by as much as 78 percent. To date, the precise mechanism by which the sunshine vitamin works its magic have not been fully understood, though many scientists believe there is a relationship between saturation of the vitamin and cellular replication that increases cancer risk.

Medical schools in the world are pathetic. They don't teach nutrition to their Medical soon to be Doctor (MD) students. They teach their students to treat the symptoms of diseases, but not the underlying causes. For instance, arterial plaque very frequently kill people via heart attacks with little of no warning. A great many of them are young people who die too young!

Hospitals give people bypass surgery, but even after that they don't help the patient remove the plaque from their arteries - that is still there after the bypass. Look at Chelation and life style changes. Look at superfoods such as Spirulina & Chlorella. Chelation is a Greek work that means 'to claw'. It envolves an amino acid no stronger than household Vinegar that goes in and CLAWS arterial plague out of your arteries. You then simply urinate it out.

Also we will all one time or another need to deal with the years of plaque buildup in our arteries. If not, plaque will clog your arteries and surely take you down. Look into 'chelation' using a harmless amino acid known as 'EDTA' (Calcium Disodium EDTA). Try using this in skin creams that are becoming available -not pills. I think, in pill form, probably about 70-90% of the EDTA gets diluted in your stomach & liver, cutting their needed strength. And mega doses of EDTA (probably 700 - 1500 mg range) are needed to get into your arteries to be effective, I think. I do think EDTA is a simple, safe way to help clean plaque out of your arteries. But it also likely strips vitamins & minerals along with the plaque - so 'chelating' needs to be done 'off & on' several days at a time, then stop and take vitamin/mineral supplements.

Some Doctors who understand 'chelation' will give you EDTA intravenously (also bypasses the stomach) at probably $1000 and a 3-4 hour+ long sitting - if your doctor determines you need it. The skin lotion is much, much cheaper. I've even seen EDTA used in baby food. That's how safe it is. But then of course I've seen soy products in baby food - I question how safe soy beans are, except for Nattokinase.

These Chelation/EDTA products are not cheap. But I figure your good health is worth it!

I also use this keladine creme with EDTA periodically for several days at a time. I rub some on my underarms, and maybe sometimes on my belly, while watching a movie. 100,000 - 200,000 mg and even higher doses a day intravenously of cheap Vitamin C causes no damage to healthy cells; and has been shown to kill cancer -- cells and has actually cured many people of Cancer. There has been no reported side effects from megadoses of vitamin C given intravenuously. People don't feel sick and lose their hair from megadose vitamin C therapy. This has been heavily tested. So why isn't it being done? BIG Pharma insists on chemotherapy in order to sell their drugs. Chemotherapy actually probably kills 100's of thousands more people than Cancer ever did.

It is thought that Nattokinase has the ability to breaks down the adhesive substance that makes arterial plaque very sticky. Thus, it is thought to help prevent blood clots and maybe actually reverse plaque build up in the arteries. I find it intriguing. I wish studies could be done on what using Nattokinase & EDTA chelation together may accomplish vis-à-vis cleaning out arterial plaque. There is this out there: Nutrition Research. Volume 29, Issue 3, Pages 190-196 (March 2009). "Nattokinase decreases plasma levels of fibrinogen, factor VII, and factor VIII in human subjects." Reference: Fibrinogen is a protein produced by the liver. This protein helps stop bleeding by helping blood clots to form.

MORE ABOUT Nattokinase: Nattokinase is used for cardiovascular diseases including heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, chest pain (angina), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis), hemorrhoids, varicose veins, poor circulation, and peripheral artery disease (PAD). The safety of nattokinase supplements in healthy people isn't known -except that the Japanese have used it for over 1000 years. The safety of nattokinase in pregnant or nursing women or children is unknown. Natto and many nattokinase supplements contain vitamin K. Large amounts of vitamin K may decrease the effectiveness of Coumadin.

Nattokinase shouldn't be used by people with bleeding disorders, or by people who are taking Coumadin (warfarin), aspirin, or any other drug that influences blood clotting (unless under doctor's supervision). Reference: HERE

In my opinion, do use COQ-10 & baby aspirin, or COQ-10 & Nattokinase (which I prefer) regularly. Do not use Nattokinase and also aspirin as they both thin your blood. Use Extra virgin (cold pressed) olive oil in small dosages, garlic, onions, red wine (w/ an additional 50-1000 mg Trans-Resveratrol supplement pill-make sure its 'Trans'); Nattokinase made from wet soy beans (it also thins the blood and maybe alternate with the baby aspirin), and maybe some seaweed supplements that originate in deep ocean areas off the costs of Japan/South Korea & Hawaii - such as Ecklonia Cava & Astaxanthin. Those 2 may even improve your eyesight. As preventive maintenance against Cancer - look into 'Graviola pills', paw paw twigs & leaves (North American paw paw) & periodic iodine supplement pills - such as a small iodine rich Kelp pill. Also, I think Chlorella is probably good for health for many people. Ground 'Turmeric' sprinkled into salt free pasta sauce after the sauce is cooked with added garlic - I believe can help your liver. If you drink too much you will need to detoxify. Always have a lot of fresh blueberries around, and take a few handfuls. It is said that Graviola (made from a tree) just may have the unique ability to target and kill cancer cells, while leaving the good sells alone. Why not use it as a preventive maintenance pill?

North American paw paw twigs & leaves - 1000 x better than chemo?

DO NOT confuse North American Paw Paw with Papaya - as many on the internet have. They are 2 entirely different species. You want North American Paw Paw twigs & leaves. Papaya (Latin name carica papaya) is called Paw Paw in Australia and New Zealand. This is in no way related to the Paw Paw in North America. Paw Paw has the Latin name asimina tribola.

Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy. The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent heart disease by increasing levels of "good" cholesterol and protecting against artery damage.

STOP using real sugar in your coffee. Cancer trives on sugar and lack of oxygen in your cells & Cachexia (See Cachexia below)!

Get used to no calorie black coffee. You can make the switch within a few days. Before long, you'll never miss the cream or sugar in your coffee. Or if you must - use something like Steva which tastes just like sugar, but isn't. Stay clear of artificial sweeteners which may give you cancer and/or diabetes. I recommend using Stevia instead. Steva is a zero calorie natural sweetener product, containing extracts of Stevia Rebaudiana, a perennial shrub of South American origin and traditionally consumed in many countries since centuries.

AND if you think honey is a better choice, think again. For instance, per tablespoon, honey has 23% more calories than pure maple syrup. Additionally, honey contains 40% more sugar than pure maple syrup!

While the two are often compared or thought of as equally healthy choices, it's pretty clear that they are anything but.

Controlling calories is the key to fitness as excess calories get converted to fat in the body. Low calorie diets using Steva help you avoid risk of excess weight, cholestrol, obesity, diabetes and many other health disorders.

Sugar is empty calories. Not only that, Cancer LOVES real Sugar!

Don't make coffee without paper filters! Cafestol, a compound found in coffee, elevates cholesterol by hijacking a receptor in an intestinal pathway critical to its regulation, said researchers from Baylor College of Medicine. In fact, cafestol is the most potent dietary cholesterol-elevating agent known. Scientific studies have indicated that paper coffee filters play a crucial role in eliminating the cholesterol raising factor of coffee. Permanent paperless filters, on the other hand, allow the cholesterol raising oils to filter into the cup.

That being said; that morning cup of coffee you crave is one of nature's real health miracles: with 2-3 cups you're 45% less likely to suffer from gallstones... I don't recommend smoking, but if you do, don't give up the coffee! One study shows it may even help protect smokers from bladder cancer.

DON't OVERLOOK THE LOWLY BEET (rich in nitric oxide):
Most lists of nutritious super foods don't include beet juice, but according to recent research it belongs right up there with salmon and blueberries. Beet juice deserves a spot on the list because it may boost stamina to help you exercise longer, improve blood flood, and reduce blood pressure.

To conduct their research, scientists looked at the effect on the prevention of cardiovascular disease when the participants were put on a Mediterranean diet with extra nuts and extra virgin olive oil, compared with a control group following a low-fat diet.

The scientists analyzed more than 7,000 people aged between 55 and 90 years, and divided them into two groups based on adherence to a Mediterranean style diet that included nuts, and especially walnuts, or those following a low-fat diet. serving equal approximately one ounce) a week had a 55 percent lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease and a 40 percent reduced risk of death from cancer.

The grim reality? Cancer patients often die trying to feed their own tumour.

It may surprise you to learn that Cancer isn't what kills most people. It's a syndrome called cachexia. Cachexia, is a syndrome marked by loss of appetite, weight loss, weakness, and muscle wasting. Cachexia is one of the most devastating syndromes resulting from cancer and conditions such as AIDS. Cachexia affects about half of all cancer patients, especially those with advanced cancer of the lung, pancreas, or digestive system. Cachexia is initially produced in the liver for the unlucky ones who come up with Cancer. Tumor cells need more energy to survive than healthy cells. In recent years bread has found itself in an increasingly contentious relationship with the general public. Sales have flat-lined, and to dieters everywhere the staff of life has come to equal unwanted carbs - otherwise known as poison. In an effort to resuscitate the market, breadmakers have festooned just about every package with the words "whole" or "multi-grain," which usually translates to a little or even a lot of whole-wheat flour, plus some seeds. But there are a few bakeries - until recently fringey and on the West Coast - that make bread not from flour but from whole sprouted grains. Sprout a grain and you get a protein punch as robust as any powdered shake or bowl of beans. Sprouted bread, it could be said, is officially in the nation's culinary zeitgeist.

After he slices the cooled bread, a friend tells him the densely textured and flavorful loaf "makes other bread seem like a saltine."

According to some, sprouted bread has been around since biblical times. Witness a couple of sprouted bread bestsellers named after holy scripture. (Ezekiel 4:9 reads: "Take also unto thee Wheat, and Barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and Spelt, and put them in one vessel, and make bread of it.") To the more romantically inclined, those are sprouting instructions and a recipe with one seriously long pedigree. Meanwhile, the cynics in the crowd suspect this is a fad concocted by a few crafty marketers.

I was a skeptic - on multiple levels. The first provocation was my wife, who came home with packages of sprouted bread refrigerator-shipped from California, favoring this distinctly un-local fare to the artisanal loaves I was pulling from the oven every week. My cries of "But this is fresh-baked bread!" were met with her stares. I was further piqued by the little "�" on her packages that follows the verses from Ezekiel and Genesis. Copyrighting scripture from the Bible? Are you kidding? This is the sort of challenge the avid home cook does not take lightly.

The U. S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) web site says: "Sodium intake from processed and restaurant foods contributes to increased rates of high blood pressure, heart attack, and stroke. Decreasing sodium intake to within recommended limits could prevent thousands of deaths annually.

We all need a small amount (e.g., between about 180 mg and 500 mg per day) of sodium to keep our bodies working properly".

Adults with absolutely no health problems (especially no high blood pressure) should keep their daily intake of sodium at 2300 mg and below.

We are not saying they will kill you. But we are saying the high fat & high sodium numbers in this list in our opinion are certainly not beneficial to your health. We think that 1500 mg of salt/sodium a day is sufficient for a healthy adult with NO health problems whatsoever. As to calories. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recommends men consume 2,000 to 2,600 calories if they’re sedentary, 2,200 to 2,800 calories if they’re moderately active and 2,400 to 3,000 calories per day if they are active. 1500 calories would be where a dieting adult may want to be at.

Because women generally have a smaller frame and less lean body mass than men, they usually require fewer calories. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recommends women consume 1,600 to 2,000 calories if they are sedentary, 1,800 to 2,200 calories if they’re moderately active and 2,000 to 2,400 calories per day if they are active.

The verdict: Soap and water beats sanitizers hands-down

When it comes to safety and effectiveness, the main concern with hand sanitizers is triclosan, which is the main antibacterial ingredient in nonalcoholic hand sanitizers.

"There's no good evidence that triclosan-containing products have a benefit," says Allison Aiello, associate professor of epidemiology at the University of Michigan. In Europe and the United States, hospitals won't even use them, she notes; it's thought that they don't reduce infections or illness.

Dr. Anna Bowen, a medical epidemiologist at The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, says, "Triclosan-containing products don't provide any disease protection beyond what you get from washing with soap and water."

Research has shown that triclosan can disrupt the endocrine system, amplifying testosterone. In animal studies, it reduced muscle strength. It may also harm the immune system. Whether these findings add up to human toxicity isn't established yet, but the FDA is currently reviewing the issue.

What if beer companies told the truth? Would some of their labels say, “Brewed with pure Rocky Mountain spring water, GMO corn syrup, and fish bladder”?

If you like to kick back now and then with a cold one, you may not have given much thought to what’s in the bottle or can. Perhaps you were reassured by ads with wholesome images of sparkling mountain streams and barley rippling in the breeze, or by slogans like “Budweiser: The Genuine Article.”

Some brands with less-than-wholesome ingredients:

•Newcastle uses artificial caramel color to simulate the golden brown color that is supposed to come from toasted barley. “Caramel color” sounds innocuous, right? But it’s manufactured by heating ammonia and sulfites under high pressure, which may create carcinogenic compounds.

•Miller Light, Coors, Corona, Fosters, Pabst, and Red Stripe use corn syrup, and Molson-Coors acknowledged that some of their corn is GMO.

•Budweiser, Bud Light, Bush Light, and Michelob Ultra use dextrose (made from corn).

•Anheuser-Bush uses corn.

The grim reality? Cancer patients often die trying to feed their own tumour.

Most experts assumed that this ‘wasting away’ process only happened to end-stage cancer patients, but Dr Joseph Gold, a US Air Force doctor, discovered that cachexia begins the moment the first cancer cells appear.

Gold also found that if an enzyme called PEPCK could be inhibited, the cachexia could be interrupted… and the cancer possibly reversed.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Food and Drug Administration says there is no evidence that antibacterial chemicals used in liquid soaps and washes help prevent the spread of germs, and there is some evidence they may pose health risks.

The federal ruling on triclosan and other antibacterial ingredients lends new support to longstanding warnings from scientists who say the chemicals can interfere with hormone levels.

In a 2012 study published in the Journal of Indian Society Peridontology, researchers compared the effects of a 0.1 percent turmeric mouthwash with those of a traditional 0.2 percent chlorexidine mouthwash for gingivitis. Although the turmeric solution was half as concentrated as the chlorexidine solution, it outperformed the traditional mouthwash in every area of assessment. The turmeric proved superior in reducing bacterial activity, plaque and gingivitis symptoms.

Beginning in 1945, municipal governments across the U.S. began to fortify their water supplies with a form of fluoride quite different than the form of the compound found in natural lakes, rivers, and aquifers. The fluoride added to our drinking water (hexafluorosilicic acid) is generated as a by-product from the phosphate fertilizer industry. This is a different chemical form than what is added to many toothpaste products (stannous fluoride). In my opinion, both forms pose serious health and cosmetic risks to our children and us.

Today more than ever, America is awash in toxic forms of fluoride added to drinking water, food, toothpaste, mouth rinses and other dental care products. Yet, even as government officials, trusted health organizations and toothpaste manufacturers eagerly promote the universal use of fluoride-laced toothpaste and drinking water for children and adults, not everyone is smiling.

Natural toothpaste is just as effective as traditional types of toothpaste, and doesn’t include the vast array of harmful ingredients found in the leading brands. I think most parents would be absolutely shocked to learn that their kids are mostly likely using a toothpaste loaded with toxic compounds linked to asthma, liver, kidney, and thyroid problems and even cancer. Worse yet, the vast majority of dentists endorse these brands as the “best solution” when, in fact, this is far from the case.
